We have a delicious menu of breakfast, brunch and lunch items, coffees, teas and sweet treats. We also offer daily specials- take a look at our boards to see what our chef has been creating today!

The Garden Room occupies a small corner of the larger Mansion building, alongside Mansion Lane on the north side of Roundhay Park. The Garden Room features a fantastic terrace, with a 70 acre sweep down to the large lake, and just 2 minutes’ stroll to the smaller lake.
The Garden Room is open 9am to 4pm every day. Due to popular demand, we remain open 7 days a week during the winter months and close on Christmas Day. 9am-3pm on Christmas Eve & Boxing Day It’s a great idea to follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the latest news about our opening times.
No, we don't accept reservations.
We don't offer afternoon tea in the Garden Room.
Yes, we do offer private hire outside of our usual opening times. Get in touch with our team - they will be more than happy to check availability and discuss your requirements.
