125 friends and family attended Estelle’s special celebration.
Did you have a theme? What did you wear?
Not specifically a theme, but cool, chic and sleek!!!! I wore a Zuhair Murad dress.
When you were planning your birthday party, what were the three most important things to you?
Hard to settle for three, but think it was more – excellent, food, drinks, service, the atmosphere and music!!!!
What was the most memorable part of your celebration?
All of it!!!!
If you could do it all again, would you change anything?
Nothing.
Why did you choose Dine as your caterer?
Because everything Dine do is exquisite!
Where did you first hear about Dine and would you recommend us to friends and family?
We have used Dine for many events over the years.
Which other suppliers did you use?
We used event planner Susannah Richardson at Everything Organised, Flowers were by Amie Bone – London, Iain Richardson Photography and we used Peppers Marquees.

Welsh Rarebit Beignets with grain mustard hollandaise
Seared Scallop with minted pea purée, pancetta shard
Dine’s Bloody Mary with Mini Tabasco with a skewer of rare roast beef & horseradish dressing
Foie Gras Brûlée

Masala Lamb Curry with rice & mini onion bhaji
Smoked Chicken Salad with shredded Thai Vegetables, 27 flavour dressing and popcorn chicken
Guests were then seated for dinner….
Starter
Tiger prawn & red mullet with solfino saffron fondant & solfino vegetables and lobster bisque
Main
Fillet of aromatic angus steak seared & marinated in ginger, lemongrass, fennel & sichuan pepper, with oyster and enoki mushrooms, shaved purple carrot, saffron potatoes & pak choi – sticky teriyaki beef spring roll
Dessert
Eton mess topped with strawberries & raspberries crumbled freeze dried raspberries
Rich chocolate ganache & raspberries soaked in framboise
Cocktail ‘callipo’ lollies – mojito with lime & elderflower & rum with blood orange & mango
Range of coloured jellies – raspberry & pink champagne – blackcurrant & cassis – lemon & ginger
